Russ Fish has been recording, mixing, composing, and producing music and music videos in studios, homes, stages, and garages for the last 9 years. He graduated from WWU with a Music major and Accounting minor. Currently, he balances his teaching duties at Fairhaven College with freelance audio engineering, leading his band Ruby Parasols, and being a husband and father. Russ teaches four of the audio engineering courses at Fairhaven College and manages the Fairhaven Recording Studio, Mixing Suite, and Mastering Studio.
He has worked with many local and regional artists in the studio and on the stage. His past work includes projects for Polecat, Lamppost Revival, Ruby Parasols, Manatee Commune, The Towns, Pan Pan, Jason Houtsma, the Primetime Band, the Vonvettas, Snug Harbor, Hey Marseilles, Sean Hall, WWU Music Deptartment, Cara Alboucq, Eclecticity, Brother Worm, Exits, h8ter, Vantage Point, John and Leah, Plant Party and more.
