Each department is different in policy and procedure for declaring a major. If you have a Direct Transfer Agreement or over 90 credits you need to contact them right away...today! Ask about the following...

  Degree Planning Guide
 

Your Degree Planning Guide provides an easy step-by-step advising tool from start to finish. You will get a complimentary when you attend the Advising Session. It includes:

  • University graduation requirements
  • Declaration page
  • Graduation check
  • General University Requirements (GURs) and check list

    There are two different Degree Planning Guides and which one applies to you depends on your transfer status. Answering the following questions will help you decide.
     
  1. I attended a community college in Washington State and completed an Associate of Arts Degree or Direct Transfer Agreement (DTA) Degree Planning Guide
  2. I attended a community college in Washington State and completed an Associate of Science Degree or did not complete a degree Degree Planning Guide
  3. I am transferring from outside of Washington State
    Degree Planning Guide
  4. I am transferring from a four year college or university from any state including Washington State
    Degree Planning Guide
