Is there an admission charge for visiting the WWU Employee Art Show?

There is no admission charge for the show.

Where is the show located?

The Employee Art Show is located on the WWU campus in the Viking Union, Room 565. WWU map and driving directions: Campus Map

Where can I park?

Before parking, visitors need to purchase a parking permit from the Student Business Office. Parking map You may also park for a fee at the Lincoln Street Transportation Center and take the bus to WWU.

Do I need a parking permit & do I need to pay?

Yes, parking permits are required. Metered parking is available in some lots. Call the Student Business Office at (360) 650-2865 for details.

How can I take the bus to the show?

All WTA buses leaving the Bellingham station going to WWU will drop you off in front of the Viking Union.

Who can participate in the Employee Art Show?

All WWU staff and faculty, including retired faculty and staff, may enter the show.

How do I enter my work in the show?

The on-line entry form, hold harmless agreement, and participant details are located on the Entry form page. If you do not have access to print the online forms, call April Markiewicz at (360) 650-6137 and the materials will be sent to you.

When do exhibitors drop off their artwork for the show?

Exhibitors will drop off their artwork on Friday, March 10, 2017, from Noon to 2 pm at VU 565. Special 20 minute parking permits are available for exhibitors - call Nancy Phillips at (360) 650-3407 or April Markiewicz at (360) 650-6137 for a parking permit.

When do exhibitors pick up their artwork?

Exhibitors will pick up their artwork on Friday, March 17 between 1:30 and 3:00 pm.
Entries may not be removed from display until 1:30 pm on March 17.
