Is there an admission charge for visiting the WWU Employee Art Show?

There is no admission charge for the show.

Where is the show located?

The 26th Annual Employee Art Show is located at Allied Arts Gallery 1418 Cornwall Ave. in downtown Bellingham. Directions: Google Map

What can I contribute?

Where can I park?

Parking meters in downtown Bellingham accept payment by US coins or the PayByPhone app. Meter rates and time limits are posted on each meter.

How can I take the bus to the show?

The downtown WTA bus station is only a couple of blocks from Allied Arts Gallery.

Who can participate in the Employee Art Show?

All WWU staff and faculty, including retired staff and faculty, may enter the show.

How do I enter my work in the show?

The on-line entry form, hold harmless agreement, and participant details are located on the entry form page. If you do not have access to print the online forms, call Nancy Phillilps at (360) 650-3407 or April Markiewicz at (360) 650-6137 and the materials will be sent to you.

When do exhibitors drop off their artwork for the show?

Exhibitors will drop off their artwork on May 16 at Allied Arts Gallery between 11 AM and 7 PM.

When do exhibitors pick up their artwork?

Exhibitors will pick up their artwork on Saturday June 1, 2019 between 5 PM and 7 PM.

Entries may not be removed from the Gallery until 5 PM on June 1, 2019.
