Make-up or International (additional time) Exams

The Testing Center will proctor make-up exams in our new site, AC 120 (333 32nd St) for instructors who have students who are unable to take scheduled classroom exams due to sudden illness, family emergency, scheduling conflicts, etc. The Testing Center will also proctor any international students needing additional time to complete their exam (by instructor permission only). The cost for the service will be $15 per test payable by the student at the time of the test. Students must call 650-3080 to set up an appointment to take their exam.

The instructor must complete, download, and print the Make-up Test request form (pdf) and give the completed form to the student. The student must bring this form to the Testing Center. Please call the Testing Center for any questions: 650-3080 or 650-3937.
