Wind Symphony

The Wind Symphony, a select group of Western's finest musicians, performs literature from the standard wind band repertoire as well as music from some of today's best living composers. The 2006-2007 season featured works by Holst, Grainger, Grantham, Puckett and Welcher.

In 2006, under the direction of Christopher Bianco, this ensemble embarked on an ambitious touring schedule that will bring the Wind Symphony to every region of Washington state by the year 2010.
