To apply for a PCard, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be a permanent employee of Western Washington University.
- Be approved by your Financial Manager to participate in the PCard program.
- Complete the PCard Online Training.
- Have a valid Approving Official.
STEP 1: Complete the PCard online training session
STEP 2: Pass the quiz that follows the online training session
STEP 3: Receive an application from the PCard Administrator. Complete Application.
STEP 4: Submit completed application to the PCard Administrator.
