State of Washington regulations require that all airfares for Western traveler's (employees, students, guests, contractors & interviewees) must be purchased in one of the following ways:

 

With a Corporate Travel Card

 

Without a Corporate Travel Card

  • Only use the approved travel agencies listed below
  • Do NOT use a personal credit card to pay for your Western airline tickets
  • Do NOT use a 3rd party, such as Travelocity or Expedia to book travel
