Free Fitness Week runs through October 4
Be sure to join us for Free Fitness Week running from Monday, September 28 to Sunday, October 4!
Formerly called Demo Week, Free Fitness Week is your chance to try any of our group fitness classes for free! It's a great opportunity to sample the wide variety of classes we offer before deciding to purchase an X Pass, which costs $45 and gives your unlimited access to all out classes for the entire quarter.

Sign up for our First Step program
First Step is a program tailored for individuals looking to get more movement in their lives but may not know how or where to start. First Step is FREE to all students and faculty/staff Rec Center members.
Each participant gets a free movement assessment from a certified personal trainer and three follow up sessions geared towards the individual. First Step creates a program that is personal to the individual and designed to keep activity in their lives.

- Question: I forgot my Western ID card. Can I still get into the Rec Center?
- Answer: Unfortunately, no. You must swipe your Western Card at the front desk each time you want to enter the facilty.
