Fitness X-Passes now available

What is the X-Pass? The X-Pass is a quarterly pass which gets you unlimited access to all our group fitness classes for the entire Spring Quarter!

For only $45, you'll get to take part in as many classes as you'd like from the wide array of fun and beneficial classes we offer.

Freshmen Fit in 15 Program

Fit in 15 is a new incentive program designed specifically for the incoming freshmen class! This program is implemented through a customer loyalty application that can be downloaded right to your smart phone, tablet or iPod. This app will allow you to track your fitness progress throughout the quarter, and participants will earn prizes for meeting certain goals!

Sign up for our First Step program

First Step is a program tailored for individuals looking to get more movement in their lives but may not know how or where to start. First Step is FREE to all students and faculty/staff Rec Center members.

Each participant gets a free movement assessment from a certified personal trainer and three follow up sessions geared towards the individual. First Step creates a program that is personal to the individual and designed to keep activity in their lives.

Faculty/Staff Reduced Hours Memberships

This membership for current WWU faculty and staff includes access to the Student Recreation Center from Monday through Friday 6am-1pm and all hours on weekends. As part of this program the $60 quarterly membership rate will be reduced to $30 thanks to a $30 University match. Please note that all memberships are taxable.

Memberships can only be purchased on a quarterly basis at the Student Recreation Center, and memberships for Spring Quarter will go on sale Tuesday, March 31. Members must exit the facility by 1:00pm and entry after 12:40pm on weekdays will not be permitted with this reduced hours membership. Payroll deduction is currently not available.

  • Question:  Are the families of Recreation Center members allowed to use the facility?
    • Answer:  Yes, but during designated family hours only. Family hours are Fridays from 6-10 p.m., Saturdays and Sundays all day, and any time during Summer Quarter, intersessions and holidays. Click here to view our guest pass rates and other guest policies.
