Distinguished Visiting Professorship of Canadian Culture

This chair is held by a person of distinguished accomplishment in the field of Canadian culture. The professorship rotates among the different disciplines of the humanities, normally for one to thee year terms. In addition to offering courses in the person's area of expertise, the professorship sponsors special lectures and cultural events for the university community as well as off campus groups.
