5:00 – 8:00 p.m.
Viking Union Multi-Purpose Room

Designed to help guide students through the nuances of networking at a social hour event and/or business dining scenario, this event is a delicious mix of food, fun and career mentoring. Popular with both students and employers, it sells out every year.

The evening begins with hors d’oeuvres and handshakes in a mocktail networking scenario. Afterwards, you’ll be treated to a gourmet, three-course dinner and a fun and interactive etiquette presentation from Crystal Stanfield, Talent Acquisition Specialist from Enterprise Holdings. Crystal will cover the dos and don’ts of business etiquette and answer burning questions such as, “Why do I have three forks?” and “Should I order dessert?” Between courses, you’ll have time to get to get to know our students, answer their questions, and introduce them to your industry/organization as a potential career path.

The success of this event relies heavily on sponsorships, and we are extremely appreciative of our employer participation. Table sponsorships are $250.00 each and include two tickets for company representatives and six student seats, which will be filled with students with relevant majors and/or a specific interest in your organization. In addition to providing you with the opportunity to interact with and mentor the next generation of employees, your generosity allows them to attend this event at a manageable cost, and for that we thank you!

A limited number of sponsorships are available. To reserve a table for this event, please contact Employer Outreach Manager Kristi Birkeland at 650-4621 or Kristi Birkeland@wwu.edu.
