Date: January 26, 2017
Time: 11:00 -- 3:00 p.m.
Where: Viking Union Multi-Purpose Room

Dreaming about working, interning, or studying in a foreign country? Want to get involved with Western’s international community? This is your one chance this year to meet with representatives from over 50 global organizations at a single event to learn about exciting opportunities that are out there waiting for you.

To make the most of the Fair we invite you to:

  • Review the list of participants below so you can ask good questions and introduce yourself as a great candidate for their program

  • Attend the “International Jobs & Internships Workshop” on Thursday, January 19, 2017 from 4-5:30 pm in VU 552. We will discuss many international opportunities including teaching, volunteering and working abroad and learn how to get started, along with valuable resources to use. Special guest speaker Jill McIntyre Witt, WWU Peace Corps Representative, will add her knowledge of the variety of opportunities in the Peace Corps.

  • Gather insider tips at the workshop “How to Navigate the International Opportunities Fair” on Wednesday, January 25, 2017, 4:00 p.m. in VU552
