Facilities
The CFPA Performing Arts Center (PAC) sits on Sehome Hill with a view of Bellingham Bay and the Canadian Cascades. The PAC houses the Departments of Music and Theater Arts, two major performance venues, and a number of smaller performance/laboratory spaces. The main lobby contains the WWU Box Office and a concessions stand.
These spaces are primarily academic facilities, but they are also host to Performing Arts Center (PAC) Series performances, distinguished lecturers, visiting performers arranged by our departments or other campus units, and are sometimes available for rental. Preference is always given to academic uses. Internal academic scheduling begins in January for the following academic year and opens to the public in May.
In addition, the college also operates the Old Main Theatre in the WWU administration building and ...Ving! a downtown Bellingham studio space. These spaces, like the PAC venues, are sometimes available for rental with preference given to academic uses and scheduling for the public becoming available in May for the following year.
