I have three red bumps about the size of a pea on the very back of my tongue. They have been there for the last three months are not painful or changing shape.

Do you have an idea what this could be

They sound like hypertrophied papillae (enlarged normal tongue buds) but without looking, we can't say for certain, so best to be checked.
