I have little red bumps in my pubic hair region, it started out with three and then it moved a few more, they were hard bumps and didn't look like white heads, and now I have like 15 red bumps in my pubic hair region, got any ideas?

There are many possibilities, including simple folliculitis (hair follicle infections) but molluscum contagiosum, a viral infection which can be contracted sexually, as well as non-sexually, is a possibility. Best to be checked since they are spreading.
