I been having little pimples on my tongue, the thing is all the way in the back on the tongue close to the throat, I'm worried, what do you thing is wrong? Do you think is a sign of a disease.

Bumps on the back of the tongue are normal unless they are enlarging, sore or irritated. If you are a smoker, we should check them out.
