I am on the pill (Levora) and take it correctly. The last time I had intercourse we used a condom as well. That was about two months ago. The last two months I did not really have a period. There was some brown spotting the first month and this last month there was a little bit of blood for part of one day. Should I be concerned about being pregnant? Is this normal?
A:
It is not unusual to have light periods or just spotting on the low dose hormone contraceptives. If you are really concerned, however low the risk of pregnancy, it would be simple and easy to have a pregnancy test done at the Health Center, using a urine sample.
