I have been on Desogen for the past 4 months and had not been experiencing any side effects. However, this past Thursday I started my period and experienced severe stomach cramps. My period is almost over, but I am still experiencing pain on the left side of my stomach as well as pain in my left arm and left leg. Is this pain due to my period or is it related to the pill?

This may be entirely unrelated to the pill and needs to be checked out. It is an unusual symptom to have pain starting in the stomach and now involving your arm and leg, so please call for a same day appointment at the Health Center at 650-3400.
