I started taking medroxyprogesterone on the 3rd of October which my doctor prescribed since I haven't received my period in three months. I was told to take it for 10 days. Tonight I am suppose to finish my pills and I have not received my period. When should my period come?

It usually starts within 72 hours of stopping the medroxyprogesterone, so no need to worry yet. If it hasn't happened after 5 days, let your doctor know.
