Hi! I started using the ring and just ended my first cycle and had my period. Can I wait to put in a new one to force my period to be a week later? Or is it best to put in a new one as soon as my period ends? Thanks!

You need to follow the instructions you were given and start your new ring cycle on time, not delay it. Otherwise you are at risk for pregnancy in the next cycle.
