I am on Lutera-28 and have been for 6 months and I take my pill normally (maybe taking it a few hours late or early a couple times a month). I get my period consistently 2 days before the placebo pills begin. It is the first day of the placebo pills and I still haven't gotten my period this month. I have sexual intercourse but for the most part we use condoms in addition. I am worried cuz of my late period. Could I be pregnant? I still have the normal breast tenderness that goes along with my period so I'm wondering if that's a sign I will still get it.

It is not unusual to have variation in the bleeding pattern with low dose pills, so unless no period at all happens during your placebo pill week, you should not need to have a pregnancy test.
