I know you're supposed to refrigerate Nuvarings if you're not planning on using them for 4 months. But since it's so hot right now, can I refrigerate them even though I plan on using them for August and September? Also, I put one of my Nuvarings in the fridge because it was hot out yesterday and I was due to insert one today so I did, directly from the fridge without letting it get to room temperature, is that ok?
