I noticed about a week ago that my palms were covered in reddish blemishes and bumps. Could this be from stress? I have been pretty stressed out before and never experienced these bumps. They don't hurt or itch but they are causing me to worry. Could it be allergies? The bumps seem to be only on my palms. They aren't too prevalent but some days they are more intense.
