=( My ears are itchy, and it's not my lobes, it's my inner ear, and I can't make it stop. It happens on and off, and sometimes it hurts like a little ear ache... but it never gets too bad. It's been going on for a few weeks, on and off, like I said.

Also, I have tooth aches from sugar, on my upper and lower mid-back teeth, though my dentists keep telling me that they can't find any cavities! I got a crown and it seemed like that would fix things, but it hasn't, and I'm not even sure they fixed the right tooth at all, except that that one was cracked.

It could be your itchy ears and achy are from the same problem as there can be an irritated nerve that innervates both areas. Since your dentist has not identified a tooth problem it is possible it is a sinus problem causing both symptoms, so it is worthwhile to have you come in to be checked.
