I have a break out around my lips that is a little swollen. This happens every winter. Vaseline helps for a few minutes, but not long. Is there anything I can do for the break out?

 

A:

Without seeing the break out, it is hard to identify a possible therapy that will work. We often find that over the counter hydrocortisone cream can be helpful, with a combination of neosportin ointment.
