I have a small, somewhat painful lump on my underarm. It becomes more painful as I lift my arm up and expose my underarm. Should I be worried?

 

A:

It could be a developing skin infection (boil) or a reactive lymph node. If it is persisting, then you should have it checked in the clinic.
