What happens if you don't take your birth control pill everyday at the same time?

 

A:

It is possible to start bleeding if you miss the pill by an hour or so, because the small amount of hormone keeps the uterine lining stable and if the level drops, the lining starts to slough.

There is not an increased risk of pregnancy unless you miss it completely for 24 hours and fail to take both pills the next day.
