I only drink water and I don't really consume fruits. I was wondering if that was bad for me.
It depends what the rest of your diet consists of or whether you supplement with a multivitamin or not. You do need a source of Vitamin C in your diet and the easiest way to get it from a dietary standpoint is with fruits.
