I was just given Afrin for a nasal decongestion and told not to use it for over 3 days. Is it safe to use Sudafed as a nasal decongestion right afterwards? Or is there anything else I can take? Finals are coming up and can't risk the lack of sleep.

You can use another decongestant, like sudafed, when you are taking a break from the Afrin, but it is an activating medication, so is not wise to use before trying to sleep.
