I have dark slightly dry patches on my labia and inner thighs. They seem to intensify when they get sun exposure. I had them in the past and thought it was yeast so I used otc yeast medication and they went away. Now they are back and I have no other yeast infection symptoms so I dont know what they are from. Any Ideas?
