Q:
I have a white spot on my throat and I think it might be a tonsil stone from what I've researched, but I'm not sure, and I don't want to stick anything down my throat to try and take it out. My throat has been sore for a couple of days that's how I discovered it. Is there something else I can do?
A:
Try gargling with warm salt water. If you are concerned, we can take a look but this is usually debris in a tonsillar pit that does not need anything done to it.
