Last February I stated taking Sprintec, since I stated taking it I noticed changes in my vaginal discharge. I did not mind this until more recently. Almost all of the time, sometimes worse than others, I have a vaginal oder that is kind of a fishy smell. This can be unpleasant especially during intercourse. Also, great amount of time during the month my discharge is very think and creamy. And sometimes there is a lot of thin clear discharge that has a strong oder too. Is there anything that I can do to help with this?

You are describing classic symptoms for bacterial vaginosis, a bacterial overgrowth in the vagina that causes odor and sometimes changes in discharge. It is best that you have a vaginal exam to confirm this and discuss the various treatment options. It is unlikely related to your birth control pills but hormonal shifts can contribute to the problem.
