Q:

I have been on the relatively new anxiety medicine Buspirone for the past 6 months. I started out with a small dose, at the most was taking 45 mg a day and gradually eased off of it when my anxiety and paranoia subsided. I know this drug builds up in the system.

I was wondering if you had a rough estimate of how long the effects would last?

I know this would conflict with other "uppers" or serotonin-induced substances and grapefruit juice and was wondering when it would be safe to have these.

It should be pretty much out of your system after a week if not before. It is compatible with other mental health medications.
