I have just moved up from 15mg of Adderall to 30 mg of it...as prescribed by my doctor. I have only taken it two days so far but have noticed that I have had a very dry mouth. I don't know if this is related but could it be? And what can I do for my mouth. I drink tons of water but its still so dry.

Yes, it is very possible that the increase in the dose of medicine is responsible for your dry mouth.  You might find that it will come and go - and that drinking water will not always help.   Other folks have found that chewing gum or sucking on a hard piece of candy or vitamin C drop can be helpful.   What is interesting, is that it will come and go - and that there is no predicting when or why it is there.
