The last few days I've noticed a few small, pin-sized red dots on my chest. They don't itch. It's only on my chest. I've recently started using new body soap as well as starting to take birth control. I'm not sure if this would affect it. I was wondering what your guess it may be. Thanks!

Diagnosing rashes on line is one of the most difficult (and foolhardy!) things the Doc should do.

If they are not itchy, they are unlikely from the soap or the birth control.  If they are not tender, they are unlikely infection.  If you are getting more of them, they could be any number of possibilities.  Sounds like we need to take a look if they persist or get more numerous.
