I have a male yeast infection.  I am pretty sure because the symptoms are similar and I have been tested for everything else.  I have tried to get rid of with with things such as diet, and dietery supplements.  They have not worked so far, and its starting to get worse.  What is the best way for me to set up an appointment to get in as soon as possible, and what should I say if I call in and schedule an appointment because I already know why I am dealing with?

You can call 650-3400 for a same day appointment during the week days and let the receptionist know you have a genital rash.  It may or may not be a yeast infection as there are a number of potential other causes of genital rash.
