I have a few bumps on one side of my labia and it's sometimes itchy. I don't have any weird discharge or funky smell. Should I be worried about herpes? Or could it just be a reaction or yeast infection?

It doesn't sound typical for herpes which is usually open exquisitely tender ulcers rather than itchy bumps.  If it is persisting beyond a week, it is unlikely herpes but should be checked.  You can call for a same day appointment.
