Although I get aroused during foreplay/sex I never get very "wet" - could this be my birth control? It's Levora. I feel like I always have to use lube no matter what and I don't feel like this is the way it should be.

You are right, that is not the way it should be, and it is most likely due to the Levora.  Like most other synthetic hormonal contraceptives, the hormonal dose is so low that vaginal secretions are markedly limited in sexual arousal.

It is a trade-off that is sometimes difficult--the confidence of a low risk of pregnancy is sometimes at the expense of reduced sexual drive, and reduced lubrication.  Artificial lubrication is the best solution if you remain on synthetic hormone contraceptives.
