For the last three days I've noticed red bumps in between my right thigh and pelvic region and are starting to itch.  I just recently was screened for Peace Corps and haven't had sex in a year so it doesn't seem possible to be an STD, but is still questionable.  What could it be?

Itchy red bumps aren't very likely to be a sexually transmitted infection as herpes is typically blistery and very painful.  This could be from a yeast infection or possibly folliculitis (strep or staph bacteria in the hair follicles) or a dermatitis from a sensitivity reaction.  We certainly can take a look for you.
