Q:
So, I came up to Western on Sunday for the move in and I haven't been feeling sick. However, even though I am eating a fairly well rounded meal each time I eat, drinking lots of water I just feel like I have a headache about 60% of the day almost to the point of a migraine but not really. I also seem to feel hungrier than normal (I feel like I am eating the right/same amount of food as I was back home).
I just want to check that this is nothing more than apparently my body is needing more food currently.
Thank you so much.

This is tough to guess what might be causing a headache and unusual hunger when you are otherwise feeling well. It is actually reassuring that the headache is not causing nausea or other stomach upset. Has there been a change in caffeine consumption? More than usual alcohol use over the break? Stress factors?
If you aren't finding that things are settling down with your headache, or new symptoms develop, then we should check you out if you are enrolled for summer quarter classes.
