I have a very painful lump on my right earlobe. It really hurts when I touch it but there is also a constant pain. It also feels hot to the touch. Also my earlobe on that ear looks a little bigger. What could be wrong with me?

 

A:

It is possible you have an ear lobe cyst (is there an ear piercing?) that is inflamed or infected.  Do warm rag soaks several times a day and if not resolving we should see you to make a diagnosis and treatment plan.
