I have been having excessive diarrhea for the last 3 three weeks and it was seemed to be getting slightly better but has not gone away. I have to use the bathroom at least twice a day and I have been having some stomach cramps.

Three weeks of diarrhea necessitates a clinical evaluation to sort out the potential cause.  Time to make an appointment and not rely on Ask the Doc.
