The extent of withdrawlals depends on how much and how long you have been taking the opiates.  The primary treatment for opiate withdrawal is a combination of clonidine and benzodiazepine medication, under physician supervision.  Outpatient opiate withdrawal management's not offered at the student health center but you can access care through detox services offered at Social Detox in Irongate Park.
