Do you offer the flumist instead of the flu shot? I want to get it, yet I am very bad with needles.

 

A:

We have not offered flutist for several years due to the increased cost, inconvenience of storage, and restriction on who is eligible for it.  I'm not aware of any local place that provides it.  You do have the option of an intradermal injection at the Student Health Center using a much tinier needle that seems more comfortable for some patients.
