Q:

I have been on birth control for over a year now and I always take it every day. The thing is that I do not take it at exactly the same time every day, but it doesn't range more than a few hours. Should I start taking it at an exact time every day? Also my boyfriend and I do not use any other protection besides this. Should we start to use condoms as well?

As long as you are taking the birth control pill daily, even if it is not precisely at the same time, you are fine.  It sounds like you are anxious about your contraception so it would be wise to check with your prescribing provider.  Condoms offer additional protection against some sexually transmitted infections, so we routinely recommend their use.
