I got bitten by some kind of bug on Monday. There is a double puncture so I'm thinking a spider, but the redness in radius from the bite is about the size of my palm. It's also sort of tingly. Should I be concerned?

 

A:

Sounds as if it should be evaluated if the redness is increasing.  Sometimes it is not an insect bite at all but an early staph bacterial infection.
