I have been having a headache off and on in my lower left brain area. Also, when I do cartwheels or other such activities I see stars. I have been blaming it on stress and allergies. I have asthma and various seasonal allergies. When I do laundry with fragrance soaps I often get a headache.

It sounds as if you are wondering if the headaches are allergy related, but that would not explain your increased headache with physical activity.  We should evaluate your headaches to determine the most likely cause of the symptoms.
