I recently took Augmentin for a sinus infection. I didn't finish the doses, then restarted after about a day or so. For about 5 days now, I've been itching and have had white spots on the back of my throat, which internet research has told me can both be side effects of this drug. I've been taking benadryl to ease the itching, but I am still really itchy. Should I be doing something else to relieve the itching and get rid of the white spots?

Stop taking the antibiotic and come be seen.  It is very likely this is an Amoxicillin reaction to part of the antibiotic ingredients and it can develop into a far more severe allergic reaction.   The white spots also might be yeast (thrush) which requires treatment.
