Assuming you mean a skin yeast infection, you can try clotrimazole  or lamisil cream over the counter. If you are a woman with vaginal yeast infection symptoms, there is over the counter miconazole or clotrimazole.  However, don't assume it is yeast, especially if it is not improving or keeps recurring with self-treatment.  A clinic visit can help with the diagnosis and there are prescription treatments that are often more effective.
