I did Relay for Life this past weekend and I now
have pain and stiffness in the muscles around my knees...
I have been running and my feet are starting to get
sore more often than they used to...
I climbed Mount Baker this last weekend and I had a

Every time after I workout and get up a sweat
my WHOLE body gets this red and blotchy rash...
